November Meeting
Once again, it was so nice chatting and exchanging business cards with everyone at the November 10th meeting. The meeting was held in the Commons at Nichols Village, Clarks Summit. The women started gathering at 8:00 am with saying their hello's and admiring the delicious breakfast buffet laid out before us. At 8:30 the meeting started with two of our members as speakers. Kathleen Mac Dowell, ERA One Source Realty, www.era1sourcerealty.com started by informing us that the Government Tax Credit has been extended. "It's a buyers market!" she said. "If you have any extra cash, now is the time to become a landlord." She explained that there are numerous deals out there including handyman specials that just need some simple maintenance. You could buy with the intention to rent or offer a lease to own. She explained about leases and all hands went up with legal questions. Anne Kessler www.annekess.agelessway.com from Nu Skin Anti Aging, demonstrated a 1/2 face "Nu Skin" on Kathleen Mac Dowell. She used all of her cleansers and creams along with the new technology of Ageloc. Ageloc is the specially formulated gels to be used with the Galvanic Spa. The Galvanic Spa is a hand held battery operated device which sends positive and negative currents to the muscles underneath the skin. By using this device, the skin gets cleansed and the cells rejuvenated. You can see the difference in one application. Nu Skin Enterprises is a 25 year old company with a 5 A1 Dunn and Bradstreet rating and is listed on the NY stock exchange. It houses 100 staffed Scientist and sells in 50 countries. Anne explained, "You can host a fun house party to demo the product!" She is also looking for anyone interested in working for this amazing company. Please make at least 25 copies of your business information to be passed out at our December party. Make your page uniquely you! Bring lots of business cards and lets make sure everyone has 2 or 3 to pass out and promote our businesses. Also let's make sure that all new members get a Welcome Binder with all of our business information and cards, after all that is what we are all about, Networking!

If we can get enough members to acquire a table at Nichols Village we will do so, if not we will be seated at Amy Cleggs, Express Pros table. The party will be held on December 18th at Nichols Village and the price is $38.00 per person.

A motion was made and passed that we send out cards to members and ex-members for immediate family deaths, hospital stays and tragic situations. Anyone of our members who hears of such cases and feels a card is warranted, please contact Chris Wargo at Perkey54@yahoo.com.
Don't forget "Toys for Tots" !!!! Please bring a new un-wrapped toy at the December party. Thank you in advance from all the needy children.
